Three times in the past I have stopped smoking, and found the initial first month very hard to kick my 30 a day habit. This has been the first time I have used Nicobrevin, and the first time a cigarette has not touched my lips since the date I decided to stop. I love that your product is Nicotine free, it is liberating each day, knowing that you have no nicotine in your system. I also loved that I slept so, so well. In the past sleeping had been extremely difficult, Nicobrevin made me sleep, and with a good nights sleep you can cope with anything. So Thank you, I am feeling younger. I started smoking at age 13, I am now 40. My 2nd week of non smoking I jumped on the treadmill. I managed approx three and a half minutes and stopped because my lungs felt like they were going to catch fire. I can now do 3 kilometers on the treadmill in 30 minutes, im not setting any records, but am fitter and more active than I have been in 10 years. I had tried nicotine patches without success, I had an allergic reaction to them which caused a lot of pain and swelling to the application area. I needed to quit due to ill health I knew that I desperately needed to quit smoking because I was having difficulty breathing and frequent chest pains. I also knew that if I didn't quit that I probably wasn't going to live too much longer.
